These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at notracepests.com.au ("Site") and any pest control services provided by NoTrace Pest Control ABN 23 277 321 335 ("NoTrace", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Ben in the Hervey Bay & Fraser Coast region of Queensland, Australia.

NoTrace Pest Control is a licensed, owner-operated pest management business providing services including but not limited to:
All services are performed by licensed pest management technicians holding a current Queensland Pest Management Technician Licence (PMT014605626).
We service the Hervey Bay & Fraser Coast region including but not limited to Hervey Bay, Maryborough, Torquay, Urangan, Howard, and surrounding areas. Service availability outside these areas is at our discretion.
Bookings can be made through our website, by phone (0434 248 785), or by email ([email protected]). When you submit a booking request through our Site, you provide personal and property information that we use to assess and schedule your service.
A booking request is not a confirmed appointment until we contact you to confirm the date, time, and scope of work. Some services require an on-site inspection before a quote can be provided.
Quoted prices are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual conditions found at the property, severity of infestation, accessibility, and property size.
All prices displayed on the Site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via bank transfer, cash, and major credit/debit cards.
You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment at no charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a call-out fee at our discretion.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Each treatment comes with a warranty period — if pests return within that period, we will return and retreat the affected areas at no additional cost, provided the original treatment recommendations were followed.
Warranty periods vary by treatment type and will be clearly communicated to you at the time of service. The warranty does not cover re-infestations caused by new sources, structural changes, or failure to follow hygiene and maintenance recommendations.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the cost of the service provided.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including but not limited to loss of income, property damage not caused by our negligence, or damages arising from your failure to follow treatment instructions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded or limited.
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, icons, and software — is the property of NoTrace Pest Control or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our prior written consent.
You may create an account on our Site to manage bookings and access customer features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Data portability: You can download a PDF copy of all your personal data (including account details, booking history, messages, and session history) at any time from your Account Settings page.
Account deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time from your Account Settings page. Upon deletion, your personal information is removed immediately. Anonymised booking records are retained for 7 years as required by Australian tax and business compliance regulations and can no longer be linked to your identity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behaviour.
