• Booking requests: first name, last name, email address, phone number, street address, suburb, postcode, property type, property size, land/yard size, selected services, preferred date and time, notes, and optional photos of pest issues
• Contact form: name, email address, phone number, and your message
• Meta/Facebook/Instagram lead forms: if you submit an enquiry through a Meta lead form, Meta may collect and pass to NoTrace information such as full name, phone number, email address, street address, postcode, property type, pest type, pest activity location, infestation severity, number of bedrooms, preferred treatment timeframe, and any additional information you supply
• Account creation: full name and email address (via email one-time password or Google sign-in)
• Newsletter: email address (if you subscribe to our mailing list)

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Session data: IP address, browser type, user agent, and session duration when you log in to your account
• Device information: device type, operating system, and screen resolution
• Usage data: pages visited, time spent on pages, and referral sources (collected via Vercel Speed Insights for performance monitoring)

2.3 Information from Third Parties

• Google sign-in: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile information from your Google account
• Meta lead forms: when you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta provides the enquiry details listed in section 2.1 to NoTrace so we can respond to your request

Submitting a service enquiry or booking is not treated as consent to receive unrelated promotional SMS marketing. Service-related SMS are sent only in connection with your enquiry, quote, booking, or pest control service.

NoTrace uses Mobile Message to send service-related SMS such as enquiry responses, quotes, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and service updates.

We will never sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We only share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business:

Meta (Facebook & Instagram): NoTrace advertises on Facebook and Instagram. Personal details you submit through Meta lead forms are provided to NoTrace so we can respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, and arrange pest control services. Meta may separately process advertising interaction and attribution information under its own privacy practices.

We may also disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of NoTrace Pest Control, our customers, or the public.

Our Site uses essential cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, security, analytics, performance measurement and, where applicable, advertising attribution.

Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics (measurement ID: G-T2DE3G0B8V) to understand how visitors interact with our Site. Google Analytics collects anonymised data such as pages visited, session duration, traffic sources, approximate geographic location (city/region level), device type, and browser information. This data is processed by Google and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Vercel Speed Insights may collect anonymised performance metrics (page load times, web vitals) to help us improve site performance. This data does not personally identify you.
